Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, you must meet ALL the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be unused/unworn/unwashed and in original condition including original packaging.
  • All tags must remain attached.
  • Proof of purchase required.
  • Contact us prior to returning any item(s) to receive your Return Authorization details.

The Spot for Surf will not be responsible for any lost item(s). Please use tracking when returning item(s).

Once your return has been received and your item(s) have been assessed, you will be notified by email on the status of your refund. Please note, it can take time for your financial institution to process these funds.

Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Any postage costs are the customers responsibility and will not be refunded.

Please note: We do not accept returns on Suncare products or sale/discounted products.

In the rare event that any item(s) you have purchased is/are unavailable, we will contact you within one business day and issue you a refund.

Faulty Goods

We inspect all items prior to shipping but in some circumstances faults may be missed. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@thespotforsurf.com.au so this can be rectified.
